Problems creating the adobe account

When I log in with my email, after entering the password, an error appears.

I did do a quick check on the accounts. It seems the last names contain a 5-digit number and that's probably causing this issue.

Can you please retry and let us know if you're able to sign in.

the problem is in two BBVA employee accounts, <email addresses removed> When they are doing the account creation process, it ends with an error, after entering the password.

Sorry for the trouble. We're checking to see what could be the issue. Can you also provide some more context about where the issue is occurring? Are there any recent updates that you've made to your account or are aware of?
