Problems creating the adobe account

When I log in with my email, after entering the password, an error appears.

Please open a support case. Our support team will be able to help. Go to Admin Console > Support and open a case.

I did do a quick check on the accounts. It seems the last names contain a 5-digit number and that's probably causing this issue.

the problem is in two BBVA employee accounts, <email addresses removed> When they are doing the account creation process, it ends with an error, after entering the password.
