Hi Aallai21,

You'll want to follow-up with your IT department or whoever is an administrator for your plan. The type of plan you have requires that you license it through the school network. Whoever is an administrator to your plan can open a support ticket for assistance through the admin console to assist.

Best,

- Dave

What OS is your Mac using?

There are problems with OS X Catalina. Talk to Apple about that.

Sorry about the caps. I figured nobody would see my post haha.

Yes my Mac book is compatible . I went to the schools technology building today and they tried to figure it out. No luck.

They told me my next step would be to contact adobe.

Thanks for the replies

Please refrain from using ALL CAPS on public user-to-user forums. It's the same ting as screaming & shouting at people.

  • Does you laptop meet minimum system requirements to run the latest Creative Cloud desktop app + your OS + other CC apps you intend to use?
    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
  • Are you logged-in to Creative Cloud with your school's plan ID and password?
  • Have you contacted your school's IT department?

You need to talk to the IT department at your school. More than likely they, the IT department, distributes the software.

Also posting in All CAPS is not appreciated.

Best of luck.
