Problems transferring personal program to team

Hi all, 

I have personally paid for an Acrobat Pro account for work but we recently got a series of Team plans. I transferred my data over and cancelled the payment on my personal profile. When I log into my Team profile, I am unable to request signatures and get the "Authentican failed" notification.  I also noticed that my file history does not seem to have transferred, and I worry this may be related.

 

The Team profile should have the exact same utilities as my personal profile. Is there another step I need to take with my Team profile?
