Problems upgrading to 2015.3

I read somewhere that I can't use RemoteUpdater to upgrade my OSX 10.10.x machines to 2015.3 - so I made a whole new package (several hours) and then tested that.

To my dismay - it didn't include all the updates.

RemoteUpdater says there are upgrades - so I'm like fine - I'll take several hours to install Creative Cloud, and several hours to run RemoteUpdater, however when I run RemoteUpdater I get this:

    I have a similar error.

    Tech support told me that I had to uninstall what was there and do a full install of 2015.3 ...

    Not that they ever read these posts, but if they do - it took the target machines a good 5-6 hours to do this... It might almost been easier to build an OSX image with the software built in and re-image them (usually only takes like an hour just to install the OS).

    I also had to write a script to clean up the previous version too - as their uninstaller left behind tons of stuff.
