Problems with school license for Adobe CC

Our School have had some technical issues with our licensing of Creative Cloud for our students.

We do not know why, but we cannot get licenses for any of our students.

So, we have been forced to use a copy of the programs for our students.

That means, that non of our students have access to their own licensed account,

nor access to any creative cloud features.

We need to fix this problem, but we dont know how.

Help will be much appreciated!
