Program doesn't populate in Creative Cloud
We have a VIP/Enterprise account and I'm the Adobe admin. I have person on a Windows 10 PC and I can not get Illustrator, InDesign, anything to install. It's only on this one person's laptop and though I don't recall the exact issues before, when he had a personal, cloud, account, we had zero issues getting the applications to install.
I click on "download" and it opens Creative Cloud and then says "You may need administrator privledges, contact your local IT" and the program never populates for me to launch.
A small installer file did download after I uninstalled Creative Cloud, it acted like it was installing, but nothing installed.
I'm perplexed.
