Project Felix Install

We built our installer for Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and tested the installer on several campus computers.  The installer would install a good number of the programs, and we would watch as the shortcuts for the programs were created in Windows.  As the installation continued, however, those new shortcuts we saw created suddenly disappeared one-by-one, and the Adobe CC programs which were installed were uninstalled.  Finally, we would receive a message stating that the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite install failed.  Using process of elimination, we found that if we create our installation build without the program "Project Felix and Updates" included, our installer works successfully.  The build which has "Project Felix and Updates" fails when we try to run it.  We even created an installation build with only Project Felix, and that installer fails too.
