Project Felix not launching with serial number deployment

When I try to launch Project Felix I get an error window that states "Sign In Required. Please sign in with your Adobe ID." The application never actually launches.

I am using Windows 10, however I do not get this error when launching Project Felix on a Mac. Please help.

    Hi Again,

    Felix is not available for serial number licensing

    It is only available for Named user licensing.

    Hi bifulcin ,

    Greetings.

    Are you using serial number licensing or named user licensing?

    If you are using Named user licensing you need to install Creative cloud desktop application Download Creative Cloud desktop app  on your machine and then sign in using your Adobe/enterprise id and then launch Project Felix.
