Promotion licences ADOBE

Question

Hi !Today i need a new pro. licence & there is a new price -29% in France.I've read the CGU & i can pay  -29%.On the Admin console it's impossible to have the promotional price.I call the support and the say: you have to create another ADOBE ADMIN ID !!!If i need 10 products i need to create 10 admin id !!! Is it a joke ?Is it posiible ADOBE forget to modify the process for the already customers ??? Thanks

This is a special offer to bring new customers. Not a general price drop for existing customers, who agreed a price. It is annoying, but normal business practice.

Hello.Most of the promotions are special offers for new customers,as Test_Screen_Name says (and also offers that may be announced on the homepage etc.) However, there seems to be a special offer for existing customers.For example, in the case of cancellation, a special price is presented to encourage continuation. This is a normal business practice to keep customers connectedif it is a contract that continues to be charged for mobile phones, etc.,not just Adobe. This time you probably received the latter offer.Let's move on to ID, but if you have Admin Console, you may have a Team version. There is no problem with one management ID. There is no need to prepare a management ID for each user.The user ID should continue to be available.If you prepare 10 products for one management ID and assign it to 10 user IDs,there is no problem (I think it will take time to assign,but I thought that it can be used at the price of the offer accordingly) It is not.
