Hi @anji28403129s3ld you cannot install Adobe CC apps without Creative Cloud, except Adobe Acrobat.

So I recommend you install Creative Cloud first and then try to install PS from CCD.

first, do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

second, it appears you've already downloaded a ps 2022 installer. so, what exactly are you trying to do?
