Publish online is not working for our adobe school access during Covid

Publish online is not working for our adobe campus access during Covid.

Adobe provides free student acces while a campus is closed because of covid. Our IT department of the campus

arranged this for our students with adobe. They can use the apps now, but there is an error for publish online,

it sais, this service is not available for your organisation right now. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hello,

the temporary COVID-19 licenses which have been provided to educational organisations only provide entitlement to run applications, there is no storage included with them. If you have Adobe Spark licenses on your Admin Console, you could add them to your users' accounts in order to provide them with 2 GB of online storage and access to services as publishing within Adobe XD. Hello,
