Purchased a Creative Cloud subscription but I'm asked tu purchase the apps when I download.

So, I purchased a Creative Cloud licence to have access to all apps, but for some reason, when I download the app I get the message saying I have a 7 day free trial. I check my billing for last month, and the payment went through correctly.

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
