purchased license but does not associate with account

Hello, 

 

I have bought 6 licences for my company. 

From the admin console I can see that the licenses are correctly associated with the email address and I can see the Adobe Pro Id icon next to the user. 

Every time I try to access the login works but Adobe keep telling me that I can use trial version for a few days and then I need to buy a license. 

Could you please tell me how to fix the problem ?
