Query re CC for teams - 1 licence & multiple users

We are a non-profit society and have purchased one licence of CC 2019 for Teams.   I have added 1 user in the admin console and it now says that all licences are used so is there no way to have multiple users accessing that single licence? We have different people on different computers needing to use the various products but NEVER at the same time and some will be very intermittent users eg once every 3 months for about a week at a time.

    Hi,

    Yes each license is tied to an Adobe ID.

    You can re-assign the license on your console as needed.

    The only other way to achieve this would be to have an Adobe ID shared among multiple users (which is not strictly allowed under the EULA).
