Question about Adobe Cloud and local recycle bin/trash folder

Hi,

I just wanted to check why Adobe Cloud files that are not mine are showing up on my local recycle bin/trash folder. Is it safe to empty and how do we prevent this from happening again?

Yes, it's a team/enterprise license, but I'm not the admin.
