For the team planning of creative cloud, is that the number of license I have to buy equal to the number of the community members who are going to join? Or I can just buy one license and then for all the team members to use?

Can the license transmit to other users? For example, I hire a freelancerA
and he just worked for 1 week but I have to share files with him
temporarily. What if I have to remove A after 1 week and then I have
another freelancerB after 2 weeks. And then I also want to share files with
freelancer B , can I transmit A account to B?

Or I have to buy entrepreneurs for this function? But actually I only work
with a small group of people.

you should check the basics and then discuss with adobe support.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

One license per person

NOTE - an individual plan MAY be used for a business purpose... a team plan is appropriate where the business is going to (A) pay for the plans and (B) assign or reassign the plan to employees, such as when an employee is replaced due to leaving or moving to a different job

So one license can only for one device? If I have like 4computers to use
the account and I wanna share the fires through cloud. I have to purchase 4
licenses?Is that right?
What if I have to remove one member temporarily and then add back one
later? Is that also count as 1 license? Or I can just change the email
address to give address to another user?Thank you

no, one license for each user. ie, if you have 8 users that share 4 computers, you need 8 licenses.

if you had an enterprise subscription (eg, schools), you can get a license per computer and share those computers among many users.
