Questions about the support
Dear Customer service!
I work for a creative agency, and we want to purchase 3 CC for our graphic designers. However I have some questions regarding to your support service.
First of I would like to ask what your support service includes. I am also curious about the length of your reaction time and the way you treat the issue that may occur. Do you receive direct problem reports from the program I use, or do I have to write a separate message to a service address or perhaps skype etc. are decent ways to contact you?
