Ya borre cache, ya abri en incognito y nada funciona necesito que algun trabajador de Adobe me de una solucion pronto

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot.

Please try resetting the hosts file by following the steps outlined in this document:
 https://adobe.ly/4pbXXIj

Additionally, follow the steps mentioned in the following document to refresh your user license information:
 https://adobe.ly/3JLbQhw

Once completed, please try accessing the Admin Console in an incognito browser window and attempt to cancel the license again. Addtionally please try to use different network such as your mobile hotspot and then try to access Admin console.

Kindly try these steps and let us know if the issue persists.
