Re: Acrobat keeps logging me out every other day or so (OS X)

I understand I am reviving this thread but, I am also suffering from my users being logged out of Acrobat DC and we have Enterprise Subscription based licensing. Called support and the they gave me the run around about deleting the slcache,OOBE, folders/files which doesn't work nor will I accept that as resolution. We have 350 users and this happens to a couple dozen users and there is no rhyme or reason to it.

So if anyone has gotten a resolution to this please let me know.

    Sorry for delay in the response.

    Can you please create a Adobe CCDA only package and deploy it over these machines causing the issue.

    Use the latest version of CCP -
