Hello All,

I try to run Creative Cloud on a Parallels VM.
Host macOS ventura 13.4, (MacBook pro m1)  install a VM op Parallels Desktop 18 > macOS ventura 13.4.

I started the procedure to install Creative Cloud, login, etc all seems ok, but when started the Creative Cloud app to install Adobe Illustrator it remains empty, no apps to see, have tried to restart, try to repair Creative Cloud all without success.
Any help will be appreciated.

do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

is there a reason you're complicating your installation by using parallels?

    Hello

    Thanks for your fast reply..
I got an Enterprise subscription, and the reason why I want to install several versions of Illustrator is that I want to test a plug-in in a clean environment.
