Re: Can't contact Adobe

It's literally impossible. Twitter support tells me to contact support via Admin console menawhile I don't even have this button there. ' Real help from real people ' - right, just a cycle of clcicking through basic FAQs that lead you back to the same button you started with. I hate this so much, you don't even know.

    You may contact Support Team by clicking on : https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
    -click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
    -the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
    -type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

    A note that the Admin Console is specifically for people who administer enterprise accounts. Sometimes people who have ordinary accounts end up facing instructions to use the Admin console which can never work for them.
