My account has XD in its plan but I can't download it, what can I do?

    Upon checking, I can confirm that you have been assigned a Creative Cloud All Apps plan by your IT administrator. Could you please confirm the specific error message you're encountering while attempting to download the Adobe XD application? Additionally, are you experiencing the same issue with other Creative Cloud apps, or is the issue isolated to Adobe XD?

    As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and then signing back in. When prompted during sign-in, please ensure you select the “School or Business Account” option.
