I'm not currently seeing a problem with the packager.

The complete list of servers/domains is available here:

In general, you should only need to whitelist the following domains:

*.adobeoobe.com

*.adobelogin.com

I just want to know, the exact domains which needs to be whitelisted for download and create package using CCP for almost all cloud applications. Then we will disable updates.
