For Adobe Acrobat, the 2- device login limit really needs to be revisited. We are an Adobe Creative Campus and are also using Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign for major workflows, and our administration in higher ed employees often have a desktop, a laptop, a tablet, and a phone, and they need to be able to sign Acrobat documents on any device at any time due to their schedules. Signing in and out each time is not convenient and negatively affects productivity.  I can understand for Creative Cloud, the 2-device limit, most are using a laptop and a tablet or a laptop and a desktop and for creative apps that makes more sense. But for Acrobat? It doesn't make sense. Please consider allowing Acrobat Pro users to have up to 4 devices!

    Hi @cph0023,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. I completely understand the challenge this creates, especially in higher education environments where staff often need access to Acrobat and Adobe Sign across multiple devices for administrative workflows. At present, Adobe accounts are limited to activation on two devices at a time, with only one active session permitted. This restriction applies across all Adobe applications, including Acrobat, as part of the licensing framework for both Creative Cloud and Acrobat subscriptions.

If your institution requires broader device access for Acrobat, there are a few possible approaches:

Use Shared Device Licensing (SDL) – For university-managed devices such as desktops or lab systems, SDL allows users to access Acrobat without consuming one of their personal device activations. Please check this document for more information: https://adobe.ly/3VRNpl2

Additionally, I will share your request with our product team for consideration in future updates. Thank you for providing your feedback; it helps us improve the overall product experience.

Let us know if you have any further questions.
    Regards,

    ^AN
