Re: Creative Cloud is asking for proxy server username and password - what is this?

I am too experiencing the same issue for all our users that has the CC installed. We have adjusted the proxy to include all the sites listed on this article:

Proxy support in Adobe Creative Cloud Products

and here:

but it still keeps on asking for the credentials.
