Same problem. I have a new Lenovo Yoga C940 and I am having the same problem as above. I download Creative Cloud Desktop and when it tries to open, it can't load. I watch the circle spin and it tells me it is taking longer than usual to load, blah blah blah.  I have a Creative Cloud Teams account and all I want to do is get InDesign onto my laptop so I can actually get some work done. I've been working on this for two days. Is this an Adobe problem, or a Lenovo problem? Either way, I would be so grateful if you can help me/us find a way to use Adobe products on these high-end laptops. Thank you kindly!

      He seguido esa guia y no soluciona el problema. Lo he intentado 3 o 4 veces, el ordenador esta recien instalado de fabrica. Es un HP 250 G6

      Good morning, I have followed that guide and it does not solve the problem. I have tried 3 or 4 times, the computer is freshly installed from the factory. It's an HP 250 G6.
