Worthless response. When we first run into this issue the first thing we do is call or chat with customer service. The first thing they tell is us is to check those pages. If we are here more than likely we have exahusted all options and don't know what else to do.

I have searched for a solution up and down to this and still can't install your software. Do you all have high school programmers working at adobe?
