Hallo,

anscheinend ist der Link defekt und führt bei mir am Computer zu einer Webseite mit dem Fehler 404: Die Seite konnte nicht gefunden werden und wenn ich den Link auf meinem iPhone mit dem Safari Browser aufrufe wird eine nicht startbare PDF-Datei heruntergeladen. Gibt es noch eine andere Möglichkeit an das Formular heranzukommen?

Could you share more details about the license you wish to transfer. The link you are referring to is from 2016, perhaps this is the reason it got outdated or has been updated.

thanks for turning back. I already have a ticket id regarding my request: ADB-42283855-W5P1 CRM:06170000004229, but my request for the form is obsolete. It is attached on one of the customer care mails i recieved.
