Where do you find the Library? I'm on a mac pro 13 and im one of the 2023 versions for Adobe Animate. Can you send me a screen recording plz?

    You should contact your Admin, who manages Adobe Admin Console, and share this info with him, including your IP details.
    The message suggests that your machine's IP does not fall in the range defined on the Admin Console.
