My support tech left the conversation for no reason, without fixing anything.

    Just a note that if you have an enterprise level contract you should NOT be using the regular customer chat. You need to contact Enterprise support. To do that you raise a support case with your Admin Console. I can't tell whether this was the case, but it's a common mistake.
