Re: No option to cancel plan

It's crazy how almost everyone has the same problem yet they are purposely not changing it. I'm student I have literally no money I've been trying to cancel my plan for 2 years, I repeat 2 years.

It is ridiculous how you have so many tutorials on how to enable something or manage account yet still no button for us to manage it. I've been paying or better said Adobe has been taking my money from me every month and no matter what day of the month I try to cancel it, IT DOESNT SHOW THE MANAGE BUTTON. I get it if you didn't pay it probably won't show but I pay every time and wait for about 2 weeks for yall to "process my payment " and it doesn't matter if I wait 1 or 2 or 3 weeks IT STILL DOES NOT GIVE ME THAT OPTION.

If you have a problem like this u make a plan B solution for the problem for god sake stop robbing us. I can't contact you because all it does it sends me to the next step, the help is so unhelpful. Just do something with this or help me contact a real person who can help.

    Hi @Aleksandra35475583mqqe,

Thank you for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears you’ve been trying to cancel your Adobe plan for the past two years, but the “Manage” button does not appear despite regular payments. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

Upon checking, you have an active Enterprise subscription associated with the Adobe ID used for this query. Please note that your school has provided this license under an Enterprise plan, which they manage and pay for. You are not being charged for this particular subscription.

However, you also have an active individual Creative Cloud subscription linked to the same ID. This is the subscription for which you are being charged. To cancel this plan, please refer to the following article: https://adobe.ly/4jphhia

When signing in at https://adobe.ly/44siIrV, ensure that you are logging into your personal profile, not the school or business profile. After selecting the personal profile, you should be able to see the option to manage your plan.

For more information on switching profiles, you can refer to this guide: https://adobe.ly/3G4xYkR

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards,
    ^AN

you have to fix payment problems (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html) before you can cancel.
