Re: no way to cancel free trial....adobe acrobat mobile

For some reason when I try your steps this is what it shows me when dealing with an AI asst.

 

Also it says this on my home profile page:

it shows nothing for me to manage?  does that mean I do not have the free trial?  even though I put in my CC information?

    Hello,

    So I just received this email, stating that my contract will continue and if I don't cancel by the 16th then I will be charged.

    This is the email they sent it to because this is the one I attempted to register it with. Apparently I do have a membership. I would like to cancel it before I get charged for something I haven't even been able to access.

    Then when I go in to delete, from same account, same email, this appears:
