Grazie

so...I am working on a MAC...I had a stroke..a few years ago...I was in the hospital for two months...I had several brain operations...the doctors did a dance of joy when they saw that I was still alive.

I am still learning how to live...I it seems, that i need to add time to my Creative Cloud account in order to do email...I should be able to do this, but, because of my stroke...I cannot.

Can you help me to add time to my Creative Cloud...I believe that is what the computer said...

do you have an individual subscription (most likely) or a teams/enterprise subscription?

Hi @Paolo5E64

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you're feeling better now.

The error message in the screenshot appears related to sending emails from your Gmail account. Since this issue is specific to Gmail, I recommend contacting their support team for more help.

Please let us know if you're experiencing any issues with Adobe applications. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks,

^BS

Hi @Paolo5E64,

Thank you for reaching out.

It appears that you're being prompted for a password when trying to install or modify the Creative Cloud desktop app. Please note that this is not your Adobe account password, but rather the administrator password for your computer (Windows or macOS). This is required by your operating system to authorize changes or installations.

Here are a few steps you can try:

If you're using a personal computer:
Enter the same username and password you use to log into your device. If you haven’t set a password, simply press Enter without typing anything.

If you're using a school or work computer:
You might not have administrative privileges. In this case, please reach out to your IT administrator for assistance with the installation.

If you don’t recall setting a password:
Your user account may not have admin rights, or the password may have been set by someone else. You can try checking your system settings or contacting the person who set up your device.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please share a screenshot of the prompt you're seeing so we can better understand the situation and assist you further.

Regards,
^AN

Do you have a Mac or Windows computer?

If Mac, that is your Mac asking for permission by entering your Mac password
