in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    Hi @tomasblancogrosso,

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears you're experiencing issues while trying to install applications from the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

In the meantime, I recommend trying the following steps:

First, confirm that you're signed in with the correct Adobe ID:

    • Sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and sign back in.

    • Ensure you are using the correct Adobe ID.

    • If prompted to choose between a personal account and an organization (school or business) account, select the appropriate profile linked to your subscription.

If the issue continues, it may be due to cached credentials stored in your system's Keychain (on macOS). This can interfere with the app's ability to retrieve license or user information.

To address this, follow the steps in this Adobe support article to resolve credential-related issues:
    https://adobe.ly/4lq6Hcz

If you're still encountering the issue, refer to the following resources for additional troubleshooting:

If none of the above steps resolve the problem, I recommend uninstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop app using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. After uninstallation, restart your Mac and reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app. You can find instructions here:
    https://adobe.ly/4j5Q4l2

Let me know how it goes or if you need further help.

    Regards,
    ^AN
