Can you please write in plain english instead of technical jargons? or it would be better, if you explain steps to remove license.

    Are you looking to remove one of the purchased CCT licenses (seat)? If yes, then please refer to the following help document: Manage your Teams account.

    Or, do you want to remove a user from your Creative Cloud for teams license(seat) and assign it to someone else? You may want to take a look at the following help document in this case: Manage Users.
