Hello,

I have the same issue. Bought a 12 month subscription for students in March this year for Creative Cloud and it shows "trial" or "buy" now for quite some time. Can't reach anybody from ADOBE.

Can you please help and check my account as well?

    Hi there, 

     

    I have reviewed your Adobe ID and found that you have purchased a shared device license of Creative Cloud all apps. 

    If you are the Creative Cloud Admin then try creating a blank SDL package and install that first, after this install the package for all apps.
