I too am interested in how the organization can keep the license if the employee leaves the non-profit.  If the Adobe account is set up using the employee's non-profit email account, shouldn't the license stay with the organization that purchased it?

    Hi @CSRA-1765,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, the Acrobat plan associated with the Adobe ID you used for this post is an individual license. If you’ve applied for an Acrobat or Express license under the nonprofit program, please note that these are issued as individual licenses and are non-transferable.

If your organization requires multiple licenses or team-based access, Adobe offers nonprofit discounts through the Education and Teams plans available under the Value Incentive Plan (VIP) program. You can learn more here: https://adobe.ly/4oEDhsf

Hope this helps. Let us know if yu need further assistance.

    Regards,

    ^AN
