I also am having the problem "We're sorry. You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator." We purchased 2 licenses of Acrobat Pro for teams thru SHI.com and cannot access those licenses. There are no other Account Adminstrators that I know of for our account except myself. Different browser, clearing cache, etc. does not resolve the issue. My account needs to be elevated. Please advise.
