Good day we are unable to access our adobe admin console can you assist. We have the Customer and VIP number available

    Hi @Edwin_Lee1344,

    As checked, you have an active K12 education subscription, which is why you are unable to send us a message. Please sign in using a different email address and share the VIP number with me so I can review the details and assist you further.

    Additionally, please confirm whether, when logging into the Admin Console, have  you tried selecting the Personal Profile instead of the Business Profile. This will help us identify the issue more accurately.

    we tried all of these steps. Is there a support email or number we can call so we can access the admin page?
