This thread is miss labeled as answered. It does not answer the issue of needing to install a Rapid Release update on Mac computers when you receive this message. How do you install the Rapid Release?

I believe the Rapid Release is produced by Woodwing rather than Adobe. You should contact Woodwing for installation support.

Not sure what is meant by "enterprise issue". I have the same Rapid Release 104 for InCopy CC 2014 which needs to be installed on a subcontractor's personal computer. The Rapid Release is for a specific third party plugin, WoodWing's Smart Connection plugin. Trying to install the Rapid Release update on a Mac with OS X Sierra (10.12.6). Getting the same Update Failed message. Chatted with Adobe Support and they said to disconnect from the internet to install. Still getting the same message.
