I am having the same problem on 37 computers,

    Please confirm when exactly this error is coming and is it for all the creative cloud applications. This generally comes when the creative cloud apps are not able to connect to Adobe servers. You can check the proxy or network/firewall settings if any Adobe endpoints are blocked. Here is the list of all endpoints: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
