Hi there we have an all apps cc plan which includes 100gb cloud storage. When I try to log into illustrator on the iPad I get an error that my account doesn't have access to cloud storage. This is very annoying. Any ideas all?

check your account, https://account.adobe.com and verify everything is what you expect.

then sign out and then back in to the cc desktop app using the same adobe id/password used to check yoru account, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html
