Did these articles help you? I'm having the same issue with one of my co-workers. She's getting the same exact thing. We can't use a different authentication method. And she's not receiving the emails. We didn't realize that a few automated verification emails she received immediately went to her deleted items. But when she tried using one, it gave her an error.

    If you get a number of codes, you have to be absolutely sure to use the final one sent. Each one cancels the older ones.

    We did use the most recent one (even though it was two hours old). The error we receive when inputting the code is "An error has occurred. Please try another method to receive the code." Except, there's no link to use another method. All we have to click on is either "Resend code" or "Sign in to a different account".
