Recently 23 computer with many adobe creative cloud products installed on it where deactivated (I don't now how) I would like to know if there are any way to activate those computers back again with out having to reinstall all the package again. the computers are running windows 10. The licences are active and available.

What kind of licenses do you have - Named User (sign in with Adobe ID), serial numbers, device licenses?
For Named User just sign back in.
For serial numbers and device licenses you can use the Creative Cloud Packager to build a licensing package and roll that out without having to reinstall any of the applications.
