reactivate deactivated Devices help

HI need help have a laptop that was deactivated and i now need to reactivated it so i tried the Reactivation of Archived machines in Device licensing

but i cant fined the prov.xml please help

i used ccp was used a create the package if that helps

Hi thanks did that but i now get an return code =21 Unable to update PCF/SLCache so how can i get passed this?

this cant be the only way to remove a devise from the list what happens if the laptop hdd fails and i cant fix it or boot the laptop
