I use an older Mac with OS 10.  The machine will not upgrade to a current OS.  That said, I have been sucussessfully running Photoshop and Lightroom 2020 without problems until I had to sign out.

Now, I can't sign back in because the Photoshop version is no longer supported and Adobe and when signing into the account, Adobe gives an error that my browser is too old.

Are there any methods to reactivated the software and/or without  the sign-on page?

Thanks

Hi @SonyA1User,

Thanks for reaching out. As checked, you have an active enterprise license associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. Based on your description, you are using an older Mac with an older version of Photoshop, and you are now unable to sign in to the app, receiving an error that your browser is too old. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

I would recommend using a newer computer that supports the current Creative Cloud system requirements.

The “browser too old” message appears because the built-in web view in those versions does not meet current security standards. Please note that Adobe no longer supports user systems and client systems that are not compliant with the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 protocol. If you continue to use older versions of TLS, you could potentially lose access to all Adobe products and services. If possible, try updating the browsers on your machine and attempt to sign in again. You can check this document for more information: https://adobe.ly/4mYVBe7

If the issue persists, you can ask your admin to create an SDL (License-only) package and assign it to your machine. Please note that SDL licenses are entitled to machines, not users. You can learn more about this here: https://adobe.ly/4nSk2LI

If you are unsure who your admin is, you can refer to this document: https://adobe.ly/4nUOWTM

I hope this helps, and please let us know if you need further assistance.
