Reader 11.0.17 - Registry settings not applied from MST

Hi all,

I am creating a new Adobe Reader 11.0.17 deployment using the Adobe Customization Wizard XI.  I have made my changes and created the transform file.  Everything applies from my MST file except the registry keys I added.

They are all HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\11.0\ keys.  I am pushing this out using group policy.

I am not sure where to look since all the other changes from the MST are working.  I read other articles about their being a bug but it stated that was fixed.
