Reader isn't uninstalled during install of Acrobat DC 2017

I'm working on installing Acrobat DC Pro 17 using setup.exe v17.8.30051.28269. It's configured through the Customization Wizard to remove all versions of Reader during the install, but this isn't happening. I saw another forum post for DC 15 with the same problem, and the OP stated he downloaded a new version of the installer. I downloaded the installer from the licensing site on 6/29 (file version 1.0.8.1). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
