Really Disappointed with Adobe Customer Service

Hi There,

So far I have been waiting 6 days for a solution to this issue which I don't think should be so difficult to fix. I am the Adobe Team Secondary Administrator to one of our client Adobe Teams site and I added a user last week and added an Adobe DC license to this user.

1st problem: User didn't get the automatic email with the login link once I added them.

2nd problem: When I logged in as the user Adobe DC shows a not in plan (Learn More).

I have talked to numerous support people and keep getting the runaround.  Here is my Case ADB8249753V1S4.

Can someone from an higher level of Adobe Support look into this as I don't think it should be so difficult to figure out.

Thanks.  Clayton

Hi,

Our support teams are already on this and are working to get this resolved.

Nevertheless, can you ask your end user to do the following:

  1. Go to www.adobe.com and Sign In using the same email address that you used to add them to the team. If they don't remember the password, reset it using the forgot password link. In case, the user does not have an Adobe ID, they'll need to create one using the same email address.
  2. If the user is already signed-in to Acrobat, ask them to sign out and sign back in. (Acrobat > Help > Sign in/out)

The user should ideally have received the email. To troubleshoot the email delivery, you could take a look at Didn't receive expected email from Adobe.

Hi Vikrant_Ral

I checked Microsoft O365 Message Tracing and there are absolutely no emails sent from Adobe on August 2nd when I created Douglas Needham's Adobe ID and assigned him the Acrobat DC license.

So to me there are two problems here:

Problem 1: No email was sent by Adobe when his account was created.

Problem 2: Even though I assigned an Adobe Acrobat DC license to Douglas Needham when I log in as Douglas Needham and go to download Apps the only option for Acrobat DC is "Subscribe" and it should say "Download".

We are now pushing 6 days and Adobe Teams Escalated Support cannot fix this.

Hi Clayton,

Could you please share your Adobe ID (email id used for purchasing the subscription) with me in a personal message?

With the Adobe ID, I will be able to check the details about the subscription and accordingly help you with the troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
