1. Which Adobe app and version are you using when this happens? For example, Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader, and the exact version number.

2. Which operating system are your collaborators on (Windows, Mac, or a mix)?

3. Does it happen with every document, or only with certain files? When it fails, do you get a “no matches found” message, or does the search simply not respond?

4. Is your organization on a Creative Cloud for Teams or an Enterprise subscription?
